It could be said my entire life has been spent in the construction and real estate world.
Starting when I was a small town farm boy working in the fields and building projects at
home through high school and continuing on into my college days, during which I worked
residential, commercial and heavy highway construction. From there, I went on to the
University of Nebraska's Engineering College. By that time, I couldn't imagine doing anything
else career wise in my life, so choosing to pursue my degree in Construction Management and Science
was an easy choice. Since then my career has taken me from the construction and manufacturing industry to home building and on into real estate. I received my Realtor's license in January of
2003 and have been following my Mission Statement ever since then as stated:

Achieving success in the residential real estate business, by providing my customers and clients
the help, advice and support needed during the real estate decision making process, for
their continual economic growth, the improvement in their quality of life, and to create a long
term relationship of trust as their friend and advisor.
